Placing an order with Elixgold is a simple, straightforward process — and it all starts with your idea.

Step 1 — Choose Your Starting Point

Every order begins in one of three ways. You may browse our catalogue and select a model you love, come to us with your own 3D design file ready for production, or simply have an idea in your head that you'd like to bring to life. Either way, we've got you covered.
If you select a model from our catalogue, we get straight to work. If you already have a design file, we print a prototype and review it for any manufacturing considerations before giving you the green light to proceed. And if you're starting from scratch, just share your idea with us — a sketch, a description, a few reference photos — and our design team will craft a model for your approval before moving into production.

Step 2 — Customize Your Order

Once your design is confirmed, it's time to make it yours. You'll select your preferred gold karat, gold color, and any additional customizations — such as rhodium plating, gemstone setting, or other finishing details.

Step 3 — Pricing & Deposit

We calculate the labour cost per gram and provide you with an estimated total for your order. A deposit covering the labour cost is required to kick off production.

Step 4 — Final Payment & Delivery

When your order is complete and ready to ship, the final payment is calculated based on the actual weight of the finished pieces — covering the live gold rate plus the labour cost. Once payment is settled, your order is on its way, whether by shipping or local pickup.
